1. Introduction

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vk89 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, whether or not you were aware of them. Report any unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
• You must inform vk89 promptly of any changes to the personal information held on your account, including changes to your payment method details or residential address.

vk89 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information will be closed immediately and any pending withdrawals may be voided.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

vk89 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank net banking, BRAC Bank transfers, and international cards (Visa, Mastercard). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transfer fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. vk89 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, subject to method availability and KYC completion.
• Processing times for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one business day. Other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• vk89 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which vk89 accepts no liability.

All currency amounts on the Platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, subject to any applicable conversion fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vk89 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and BPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

vk89 operates a fair and competitive gaming environment. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, money laundering, or using the Platform to conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets, complete bonus requirements or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error or undisclosed vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Players who discover a bug must report it immediately without exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour directed at other players or vk89 staff via any channel, including support chat.

vk89 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators. Any activity on the Platform that is suspected to involve criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Governing Law
